About This Product
■Summary
The NEXGEN glove box system is a new concept glove box system equipped with a next-generation cartridge type gas purification device.
The 1BOX type was created by American company VAC, which has determined the most convenient basic size of a glove box based on many years of experience and design. Although it has a compact design, it incorporates all the necessary functions and has ample work space inside the box.
*1.5BOX, 2BOX, 3BOX or more types, and double-sided types are also available.
*3BOX type and other custom sizes can be produced as an option.
■Functions/Features
1. Equipped with next-generation cartridge type gas purification device (patent pending)
It has the ability to maintain oxygen and moisture concentrations below 1pmm (varies depending on conditions).
2. No regeneration gas or regeneration process required
・Because it is a cartridge type purification tube, no regeneration gas or regeneration process is required.
・Cartridge life is over 1 year (varies depending on conditions)
3. Centrally manage the system using NEXGEN-PLC control
By selecting and configuring various menus on the touch panel display, all functions of the system can be set, and at the same time, the system status is displayed.
4. Fully automatic pressure control inside the glove box
The pressure inside the glove box is automatically controlled within the arbitrarily set pressure range, and the set value and actual measured value are displayed on the display.
5. Various automatic purge controls in the glove box
Various settings can be made automatically for purging the glove box (replacing air, organic solvents, mixed impurity gas, etc. with inert gas, etc.).
・Auto time purge: Set the required purge time to completely automatically purge the inside of the glove box.
・Smart purge: Works with the oxygen concentration meter to completely automatically purge the inside of the glove box until the desired oxygen concentration is reached.
・Safe purge: If the oxygen concentration in the glove box exceeds the set value, a fully automatic purge will start until the set value is reached.
