About This Product
■Summary
The OMNI-LAB glove box system is an automatic control glove box system based on OMNI-PLC, which is based on ``high performance'' and ``ease of use,'' provided by VAC in the United States.
The 1BOX type was created by American company VAC, which has determined the most convenient basic size of a glove box based on many years of experience and design. Although it has a compact design, it incorporates all the necessary functions and has ample work space inside the box.
The 2BOX type is the size of two 1BOX types. Not only can multiple processes and multiple samples be handled, but two people can perform separate tasks and experiments at the same time. In addition, it can be used in a wide range of applications, such as installing large equipment inside a box, building a chain system by combining it with external equipment, and multi-spec with numerous options installed.
*1.5BOX, 3BOX or more types are also available.
*3BOX type and other custom sizes can be produced as an option.
■Functions/Features
1. Glove box section
This is an extremely easy-to-use glove box that utilizes VAC's long-standing know-how in its design and uses optimal materials.
2. Gas circulation purification equipment section
By incorporating the purification device into the top of the glove box, various devices (evaporation device, electric furnace, cold/thermal insulation work containers, various storage containers, etc.) can be connected, combined, and installed at the bottom of the glove box. Sufficient capacity of purification agent and high-performance blower allow oxygen and moisture concentration in the glove box to be less than 1 ppm. In addition, all equipment is designed to require no cooling, and oxygen and moisture adsorption can occur at room temperature, so there is no need for a chiller or cooling water.
3. Centrally manage the system using OMNI-PLC control
By selecting and configuring various menus on the touch panel display, all functions of the system can be set, and at the same time, the system status is displayed.
4. Fully automatic pressure control inside the glove box
The pressure inside the glove box is automatically controlled within the arbitrarily set pressure range, and the set value and actual measured value are displayed on the display.
5. High performance blower
Equipped with a silent high-flow inverter type blower. It is controlled by PLC and operates at optimal efficiency flow rate.
