About This Product
■Summary
NEXUSⅡ (NexusⅡ) glove box system is a fully automatic control glove box system using NEXUSⅡ-PLC, which is based on "high performance" and "ease of use" and is provided by American company VAC.
The 1BOX type was created by American company VAC, which has determined the most convenient basic size of a glove box based on many years of experience and design. Although it has a compact design, it incorporates all the necessary functions and has ample work space inside the box.
The 2BOX type is the size of two 1BOX types. Not only can multiple processes and multiple samples be handled, but 2 to 4 people can perform separate tasks and experiments at the same time. In addition, it can be used in a wide range of applications, such as installing large equipment inside a box, building a chain system by combining it with external equipment, and multi-spec with numerous options installed.
*1.5BOX, 3BOX or more types are also available.
*3BOX type and other custom sizes can be produced as an option.
■Functions/Features
1. Glove box section
This is an extremely easy-to-use glove box that utilizes VAC's long-standing know-how in its design and uses optimal materials.
2. Gas circulation purification equipment section
The entire system has been made more compact by incorporating a purification device into the rear of the glove box frame. Sufficient capacity of purification agent and high-performance blower allow oxygen and moisture concentration in the glove box to be less than 1 ppm. In addition, all equipment is designed to require no cooling, and oxygen and moisture adsorption can occur at room temperature, so there is no need for a chiller or cooling water.
3. Centrally manage the system using NEXUSⅡ-PLC control
All functions of the system can be set by selecting and setting various menus on the touch panel display, and at the same time, the system status is displayed.
4. Fully automatic pressure control inside the glove box
The pressure inside the glove box is automatically controlled within the arbitrarily set pressure range, and the set value and actual measured value are displayed on the display.
5. High performance blower (with auto blower function)
Adopts a silent type NEXUS II-PLC controlled high flow rate inverter blower. It works automatically in conjunction with the oxygen concentration meter and moisture concentration meter, constantly calculating the optimal efficient flow rate (blower speed) to maintain the set concentration.
