■Application
The VRE410 is recommended for use as a reference for precision D/A and A/D converters that require an external precision reference. The device is also ideal for calibrating the scale factor of high-resolution A/D converters. VRE410 outperforms monolithic references.
■Description
The VRE410 is a low cost, high accuracy ±10V reference. Available in a 14-pin SMT package, this device is ideal for new designs requiring a high-performance reference. The device provides an ultra-stable ±10V output with an initial accuracy of ±1.6mV and a temperature coefficient of 1.0ppm/°C. This increased accuracy is achieved through a unique patented multi-point laser compensation technology.
Another key feature of this reference is that it has a 0.5mV tracking error between positive and negative output voltages over the entire operating temperature range. This is very important in high-performance systems to reduce overall system errors.
