This is a piezoelectric acceleration pickup that outputs a charge proportional to the acceleration of a piezoelectric element. It is small and lightweight, has high sensitivity, wide band, and can handle small to large accelerations. It can be used for many vibration measurements, including advanced vibration and shock measurements and control of vibration and shock test equipment.
