About This Product
The JSA series dice jig is a jig for testing relatively small and lightweight specimens up to high vibration frequencies, such as electronic components, printed circuit boards, various sensors, and electrical components. In addition, we design and manufacture jigs that meet the vibration test equipment frequency, the jig's unique resonance frequency, the mass of the sample, and the strength and rigidity characteristics of the jig.
Specimen mounting plates in the X, Y, and Z directions are manufactured to match the specimen. Weight does not include the weight of the mounting plate. The material is aluminum. We also manufacture other magnesium alloys. We design and manufacture custom-made jigs for special test items and vibration conditions.
