About This Product
■Summary
The PFA tube uses a raw material with low eluted fluorine ions (completely fluorinated NEW-PFA), and has a smooth inner surface by controlling the PFA spherulites to be small and fine. Excellent chemical resistance.

■Features *In addition to the characteristics of conventional fluororesin PFA tubes, it has the following features.
・Excellent inner surface smoothness of the tube. (Rt=0.2μm) *Actual measurement value
・It is possible to reduce the retention of particles and chemical solutions.
-Cleaning time can be reduced.
・Since the inner area of the tube is reduced, the amount of chemical solution permeated can be reduced.
-The color of the tube is transparent, making it easy to check the fluid.
- Because it uses NEW-PFA raw materials, it is possible to keep eluted ions extremely low.
-Other resin grades are also available.
■Precautions for use
・The characteristic values in the table are calculated or measured values and are not guaranteed values.
・The burst pressure value is the value at room temperature (25℃). At 100℃, it is about 1/2, and at 200℃, it is about 1/4.
・Minimum bending radius values are at room temperature. Use with a bending radius greater than or equal to the minimum bending radius value.
- The values in the table may change depending on the usage environment. When using the product, please conduct sufficient tests under the same environment to ensure that no problems occur.
