About This Product
■Storing rainwater underground. Let it penetrate. Plastic rainwater storage infiltration tank Hydrostaff®︎ Side and top components
Hydro Staff is a rainwater storage and infiltration facility that uses a plastic pore storage infiltration facility buried underground to temporarily store rainwater and perform infiltration treatment to control runoff. With over 1,500 installations and a total storage capacity of over 400,000 m3, this is a reliable product that has received praise from many people.
Features
■Sediment control system
The idea behind the "Sediment Suppression System": Sediment with small particle sizes that cannot be completely settled in the inflow basin flows into the storage tank. This system was developed to collect small-sized sand that cannot be removed by the inflow basin in one place inside the sediment control partition, and to clean the inside of the inspection hole.
A sediment control system is a system that uses partitions to prevent inflowing sediment from spreading. Since the inside of the partition can be cleaned, the reservoir function can be maintained for a long period of time.
■Wide range of application due to excellent strength and earthquake resistance
Because Hydrostaff has a structure in which columns and beams are always interlocked in a staggered arrangement, it has excellent shear characteristics, and boasts industry-leading allowable reservoir depth and allowable burial depth, assuming a level 2 earthquake. (Calculated based on the seismic performance test of the "Plastic Rainwater Underground Storage and Infiltration Technology Manual")
■Manufactured in our own factory. Fully equipped with large testing machines and inspection equipment.
We perform all recycled raw material manufacturing, molding, and assembly at our own factory. We also have large-scale testing machines in-house. (ISO9001 acquired)
■High porosity and ease of maintenance due to the column-beam structure
Because it is structured with beams and columns, it boasts a higher porosity than quarried stone. In addition, the internal visibility from the inspection hole is excellent, making inspection and confirmation easy.
