About This Product
The KES7700 series is a transient surge tester that uses a compact unit system. Each pulse unit is equipped with a surge generation circuit and complies with ISO7637-2, ISO7637-3, ISO16750-2, JASOD001, SAEJ1113 standards, etc. We also comply with a wide range of automobile manufacturers' proprietary standards. The ISO7637 standard specifies pulse 1, pulse 2a, and pulse 3a/3b, and the ISO16750-2 standard specifies pulse 5a/5b.
Each pulse simulates electromagnetic phenomena generated by electronic devices connected to the wiring harness during normal operation of a car, electromagnetic coupling when opening and closing switches, and load dump surges generated by the alternator when the battery is disconnected. Test equipment resistance. This test evaluates malfunction and damage to in-vehicle electronic equipment.

■Load dump suppressor available for Pulse5b
・Using an amplifier circuit system and a dedicated suppressor, it meets the requirements of the ISO7637 standard.
・It is possible to generate waveforms that are faithful to the standard not only for Pulse5a but also for Pulse5b.
■Compact housing realized by unit system
Since it is a unit system, it is easy to add surge waveforms.
■ The output terminal is set to a height of 50 mm as specified by the ISO7637-2 standard.
Improves test reproducibility
■Two types of CDN are available: 60V/50A and 60V/100A.
The mainframe has a built-in CDN with a maximum specification of 100A, making it possible to perform large-capacity tests in one box without using an external CDN.
Dedicated software (Japanese only) allows you to set conditions and control the test equipment.
