About This Product
The 976 nm butterfly type FBG semiconductor laser (manufactured by Kokyo) is a 14-pin butterfly type semiconductor laser (LD) with a fiber. Conventional 976 nm butterfly-type LDs have a problem in that the center wavelength varies by as much as ±10 nm between manufacturers, and the center wavelength shifts depending on the temperature of the LD.
This product stabilizes the center wavelength by writing a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) on the fiber, and also has an FC/APC connector added to the fiber tip, making it a high output laser light source that is easy to handle.
