About This Product
This is a cartridge type crack repair material that can be applied simply by preparing a commercially available caulking gun.
Can be used on peeling paint floors and cracked concrete floors. Since the work time is short, construction can be done while normal work is being carried out without stopping the factory line.
Its compact single-use size allows for repairs with minimal cost (manpower, time, effort).
■Features
- Ultra-fast curing: Can be cleared in 30 minutes even in areas with frequent traffic (at 25℃). Safe even on sites with heavy traffic such as people, trolleys, and forklifts. Since it is a two-component type, it hardens quickly and has high strength.
・Easy installation: All you need to do is prepare a commercially available caulking gun and set up a crack filler.
・Compact single-use size: The single cartridge has a compact capacity of 1 cartridge/250cc, so there is no waste.
・Low odor specification: A type with little odor. It can also be used in food factories.

Environmental temperature 30℃: curing time approximately 20 minutes, pot life 2 minutes

Environmental temperature 10℃: curing time approximately 55 minutes, pot life 4 minutes

The crack filler is a single cartridge.
With one cartridge (250cc), it is possible to open a crack approximately 5m wide x 10mm deep.
