About This Product
It can be used as a concrete repair material with excellent strength and adhesion just by mixing with water, and is useful for emergency hole-filling repair work. No primer required, can be used on iron and wood. Since there is no shrinkage due to temperature changes, cracks are less likely to occur after construction, and high strength is maintained.
■Features
・Ultra-fast curing: Can be cleared in 15 minutes even in areas with frequent traffic (45 minutes at low temperatures, about 5 minutes in summer). It is safe even in areas with heavy traffic such as large vehicles.
・Easy installation: Just add water and mix. It can be installed on the side of the factory without stopping the line. Safe, low odor and nonflammable. It is almost odorless after curing, except for the temporary odor caused by chemical reactions.
・Water resistant: Ideal for repairing waterways and U-shaped grooves, and around water. It hardens even in water and is not affected by water after hardening. *Curing speed is inferior to that in air. It also does not harden under running water. Construction is possible even in the rain.
- Can be stored for a long time: If you do not use up one can, you can store it for a long time. Store in a dry place with the lid completely closed and avoid moisture.
・Reliable strength: 40N/mm2 after 60 minutes. After 4 weeks: 78N/mm2 (Load weight per 1cm2: 780kg) *Approximately 4 times stronger than normal concrete.

■Notes
・Please note that it cannot be used when the temperature is below freezing.
・When installing on asphalt, please perform the installation after testing.
・Construction when the construction area is dirty may lead to peeling.
・As the curing speed is fast, please be careful in adjusting the amount you use at one time.
・When dividing into small portions, mix the ingredients evenly so that they are not unevenly distributed, and then portion out.
・Rinse used containers, spatulas, irons, etc. with water immediately.
