The remote -type middle particle counter MET ONE R4800/R4900 series provides accurate data with affordable, highly reliable and particle monitoring systems. A compact design with particle size measurement, flow rate, and communication options support special needs for clean rooms in pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, hard disk drives, and flat panel display industries.

・ Compatible with simple command instructions by ASCII, such as starting, cancellation, number of counts, and sending position numbers
・ Report the condition of this unit and the number of fine particles count
・ Multiple display option by continuous monitoring function (online version version of Particle Vision® and Cimscan®)
■ Operation
・ The alarm is displayed when the detection count on the 1st measurement channel exceeds the user setting level
・ Automatically reset alarms at the start of the next measurement cycle
・ Long life laser technology that maintains excellent performance for a long time
・ Fanless design that can be installed in places close to the precision process
■ Flexibility
・ Measurement sensitivity: 0.5 Um, suction flow rate: 1.0 cfm
・ The status indicator on the connection at the top of the main unit displays an alarm
・ The program set in the RS-485 (measurement / waiting time, alarm level / delay, scaling) is maintained through the operation cycle
・ Hydrogen peroxide steam (VHP) resistant sensor
