The remote -type middle particle counter MET ONE 6000P has unnecessary intake pumps of the costly complex central sucking system (Central Vacuum Systems), which allows accuracy and reliable continuous particle monitoring.
Compact devices with a built -in intake pump controlled by microcesses provide the accuracy of ISO 21501 in various clean room management, such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, hard disk drives, and flat panel displays.
