About This Product
This is an industrial repair putty that enhances wear -resistant performance by combining a small aluminum ceramic beads and SIC powder of 0.5 to 1 mm size. Recommended use at high temperature range (150 ° C to 230 ° C).
■ Use
・ Effective as a wearing environment such as fine powdered coal machine in power generation facilities, raw material crushers at cement factories, and finishing mills, and are effective as a wear -resistant lining for hot areas.
・ It can be used for thin joints, such as steel -resistant steel, ceramic tiles, etc., in places where heat is applied to steelmaking, mining, and ceramic factory facilities (duct, piping, cyclones, shots, etc.).
・ Wearing lining, etc. in high temperature range such as burner club liners near the boiler of power plant equipment, etc.
