About This Product
By applying heat to the round blade of our unique mechanism, which is installed with multiple pieces, it will be wiped beautifully without generating a cut surface by rolling it with a roll to roll. You can select a method suitable for the original violation with three kinds of slit methods.
■ Characteristics
・ The line speed runs up to about 40m/min, greatly improving productivity than the conventional type.
・ There are three types of slit methods: shercat, score cut, and leather cut, and selected a slit method suitable for the original.
・ Realize high quality slit processing and winding by winding out and tension control on the winding side.
・ Equipped with a swing -type shaft, easy to insert and take out of the original.
・ Up to the original anti -meandering control device (EPC), always control the end of the raw ears to a certain position without shifting.
