About This Product
It is a slitter that slits (sliced) a roll -shaped material with a chip saw. It is suitable for adhesive film, thermal transfer, PP / PE various films, vinyl sheets, rubber seats, leather, resin -based materials, paper, tarpaline and other hard rolls. High -precision slit processing is possible with chipsaw blade and V -blade.
■ Characteristics
・ Use a specially accurate special chip sewn blade and V -blade to prevent thermal welding and achieve high -precision slit processing.
・ Uses a mechanical shaft to prevent rotation swing by charging the raw at the center of the axis.
・ Realizes high -precision slit processing using a specially accurate special chip sewn blade
・ Improved production efficiency by about 3 to 4 times by speeding up and improving operation speed by high -performance motor installation (compared to our company)
・ The cut width and number of cuts can be set in 6 levels with the touch panel
・ The cut forward of the knife is achieved high -quality slit processing according to the raw violation with three -stage automatic shifting.
・ The electric paper tube rod receiving is automatically raised by the button at hand, and it is easy to insert and take out the original (especially when heavy objects)
・ Except during slit processing, store the knife in the cover to make work safer and secure.
