・ Use differential pressure ~ 0.3MPa (exit atmosphere opening condition) * Please consider the CM series when using it with liquid.
・ Optional cracking pressure 1, 20, 50kpa * When selecting 1 kpa, only upward exit is limited.
・ Built -in disk filter.
