Nagase Sangyo TCAM Search Engine IP AXONERVE is a next -generation associative memory (CAM) solution. With its own matching algorithm, we provide high -speed and low -latency data search with ultra -low electricity. AXONEVE can be continuously searched, reaching 150m search/second when tracking a 100Gbps network packet. It also supports EXACT Match and WildCard Match and provides a priority function to determine which of many matching data to finally choose.
There is no need to sort or update the entire entry table to change the matching order. AXONEVE is a synthetic IP core and does not require a special memory structure. This leads to a reduction in electricity and stacks, and it is possible to implement not only the FPGA but also the ASIC, not only in the FPGA.
■ Two memory mode
AXONVE has two modes: "ON-CHIP" memory mode that uses the internal memory of FPGA/ASIC, or "OFF-CHIP" memory mode, which uses the internal memory of FPGA/ASIC.
■ Typical technologies: Comparison with hash tables (when using BCAM)
AXONEVE is one way to replace the hashed table system. There is a great advantage for those that provide a hand -tablet in FPGA for applications that require the fastest time guarantee of the response time or for applications that require continuous search operations.
