About This Product

Central 5420 supports spinkalam -based nucleic acid refurbishment and gel extraction workflow. This new centrifugal separator provides 24 pieces of capacity with aerosol sealed rotor, achieving a maximum of 21,300 x g in a small installation area.

Central 5420 was designed for molecular biology routine use. The possible methods include DNA/RNA purification and DNA extraction from Agalos Gel and PCR reaction setup. The occupied area is especially small, with a control panel that realizes space saving with a lab bench and is easy to clean. Up to 24 tubes of 1.5 to 2.0 ml can be rotated.

The optional adapter can extend the capacity range to 0.6 ML BD Microtainer® in addition to 0.4 and 0.5 ml tubes. You can also use 32 PCR tubes (0.2 ml) or 4 PCR strip compatible rotors. For safety, the standard rotor blocks harmful samples such as viruses, pathogens, and radioactive samples with aerosol.

・ Close the lid with a single finger. Locks the lid with an ergonomic operation
・ By opening the lid automatically after operation, the temperature of the sample can be prevented and the sample can be easily accessed.
・ High quality anodely oxidized aluminum rotor and rotary
・ A quick spin key of one push with a quick centrifugal processing -The key pad control panel is easy to clean and unnecessary.
