About This Product
■ Combination of individual workflows
HTX is a completely customizable automation platform for automation such as viscosometer, density, refraction, luminometer, and leometer. In response to requests, it can be integrated into a fully automatic workflow, even for analyzes of other companies such as heating furnaces, flow cells and balance.
You can use up to 10 slots by freely combining lab devices and sample racks. The preprocessing and analyzes of the sample function independently and can be composite analysis in one workflow. Because it is composed of multiple modules, it is switched to another slot while the service is implemented, so that the downtime during maintenance can be minimized.

・ Manage samples and workflows that are easy to understand and use can be managed using a job list.
・ HTX offers a variety of notification services (text messages, emails, etc.) so that you can always get information about your own measurements wherever you are.

Compatible with industry standard protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet, Canopen, and Profibus, and is completely integrated in the lab environment by integration of files, databases, and Ethernet.
■ HTV: High throughput viscosometer based on HTX
・ It is a ready -made configuration based on an HTX platform with up to eight SVM type viscosometer. Up to 2,500 samples per day using up to 4 sample racks and 96 vials.
-The measuring device is fully washed, and re -proofreading using standard oil is regularly executed. HTV complies with the ASTM D7042 standard and is suitable for applications such as waste oil, lubricating oil, fuel, chemicals, and cosmetics.
