About This Product
This is an additional module for the reflow checker RCX series. The only profile from the entrance of the reflow furnace to the exit can be measured in the world. You can measure the most important oxygen concentration of the substrate position.
■ Features
・ Because it is a heat -resistant type, it can actually be measured and memorized the oxygen concentration profile to the reflow furnace in the overheated state.
・ The oxygen concentration status for each reflow zone can be grasped, which can be used to understand the optimal implementation conditions and grasp the device status.
・ The measurement range can be selected from 2 types. (50-5,000 ppm or 1,000-10,000 ppm)
■ Remarks regarding specifications
* The measurement temperature range and maximum measurement time are time not to consider heat resistance, not the time to measure in the reflow furnace.
* Cannot be used in alkaline batteries and manganese batteries.
