Fillpak® paper packaging materials provide an effective way to fill the gaps in the box and prevent the product from working during transportation. As a solution with excellent cleanliness, efficiency, reliability, and flexibility, the volume of the necessary packing materials is reduced because the volume is increased by on demand. Regardless of the size of the packed box and the type of product to be transported, RANPAK offers paper packing solutions.
The Fillpak® TT converter forms a single -layer fan -fold paper pack (width 38cm) into a shape that maximizes paper volume. You can fill the gaps to protect the product at high speed and efficient. By installing FILLPAK TT converters on multiple packagers, you can maximize the packing efficiency, speed up your work, and save money and save money.
The converter can be easily operated with a foot pedal, insert a gap material directly into the box to secure the maximum throughput.
