About This Product
■ Features
"Near -range painting / low -altitude vaporization" is realized to perform rotating paint more efficiently. Form a flat & wide pattern even with a short distance and low air volume.
■ Adjust the pattern width remotely
Since the center air and square air are independently controlled, the pattern width can be changed remotely during painting, making it easier to prevent overs spray.
■ Compact body
It is possible to install a small space, and can be used with automatic paint machines in addition to paint robots.
■ Others
It is an automatic spray gun that can control the foggy air and pattern air independently (air valve is not built -in). Therefore, by changing the pattern opening remotely when performing and painting with a robot, you can save on the overstoll and save on paint.
■ What is manifold?
・ A spray gun with an independent structure of the automatic spray gun itself and the part (manifold) fixed to the stay.
・ The automatic gun body can be maintained without removing the air and paint tube.
・ In the unlikely event that the cap nozzle occurs during painting, only the automatic gun body can be replaced quickly.
・ In the case of rotation painting, you can easily return to the origin without changing the setting of the fixed stay.
■ Use
It can be used for rotating small resin and metal. Recommended for small amount of application (about 50-150ml/min).
■ Remarks
Recommended use condition Breaking air pressure (MPA) * is the pressure of the spray gun entrance when the piston operation air is supplied and the blown air is poured.
