The LCX603 series is an all -in -one label printer that specializes in creating a small amount of labeling, which is realized from printing to laminates, molds, scum removal, and crossing cuts.
Based on the design data created on the PC, the necessary quantity can be created immediately with the cutting technology that does not require unnecessary type. If you make it in -house using this unit, it is easy to reduce outsourcing and stock and reduce delivery time.
In addition, the industrial standard label creation software "Nicelabel" is included as standard, and it is possible to add QR code and barcode serial numbers as well as flexible design corrections that are difficult for outsourcing.
In addition to three colors (black+2 colors) machines, there are three models, 2 colors (black+1 color) and 1 black. After the introduction of the two -color machine and one -color machine, it is possible to upgrade to the three -color machine.

・ High quality printing of up to 3 colors
The thermal head adopts a thermal transcription method, does not use a hassle ink or solvent, and has no dirt.
* Up to 3 colors (black+2 colors) printed. Two -color machine (black+1 color) and one -color machine (black only) can be added to up to three colors after the introduction.
・ Create durable and designed labels
By applying laminate after printing, a label with durability and design (glossy) that is resistant to friction, wet and dirt is created.
・ Cut in a free form. Moreover, there is no need for pulling
Since it is equipped with a cutting plotter, it can be removed in a free form with high design. Moreover, there is no need for an expensive dedicated pulling type.
・ Automatic scum
Equipped with an automatic scum mechanism, unnecessary dregs are wound along the contour of the label.
・ Finish by crossing
After removing the scum, cut the cross (cross -cut) for each sheet to complete the label.
■ Comparison with outsourcing processing of label creation
The LCX603 series can significantly reduce production costs per piece compared to when the label is outsourced (silk printing). In addition, when a label is required, it can easily respond to changes in printing and design, so the delivery date can be greatly reduced.
