The important temperature accuracy in culture is a custom rubber heater on the bottom of the chamber and realizes the temperature accuracy within ± 0.3 ° C. Designed in indoor environmental temperature, risk management for earthquakes, and risk management, such as electrical safety tests, is a product with a safe design based on domestic achievements.
The temperature of the 9 chamber is independent, and it has a structure that does not affect the temperature after opening and closing other chambers. We have achieved an energy -saving design of 150W at stabilization.
■ Realizes high gas accuracy and energy saving
Regarding gas control, a gas recycling model (our own technology) that reduces CO2/N2 gas consumption is adopted. A built -in 1L gas tank, stabilizing gas while circulating each chamber and suppressing natural consumption gas. The CO2 sensor uses an IR sensor, and the O2 sensor has a zirconia -type sensor to reduce gas accuracy and gas consumption.
It is possible to use it without worrying about the expensive MIX gas and gas consumption sold by other companies. It is also possible to install a filter that can remove toxic VOCs with gas measurement during culture and options.
■ Shooting with red LEDs that are less affected by cells
It is equipped with a red LED that does not produce long life and ultraviolet rays, reducing the effects of light toxicity on fertilized eggs. Since the LED does not generate heat, there is no temperature change in the chamber.

The touch panel interface can be operated intuitively. For input, shooting is started only with the patient name, ID, mediative time, and shooting location. It is possible to pause while shooting, so you can put the dish without stress.
■ Time lapse image processing software PHOTOTUNE
All images taken are saved in the NAS. Image analysis can be edited on software with Time Lapus Soft PHOTOTUNE. It is possible to perform real -time and results analysis at the same time, such as manual tagging, graph creation, coloring of culture status, etc. Operation is possible according to various purposes, such as extraction of other images, creating video, scale function, etc.
