About This Product
The San Ekon TG-3000 is an additive-type antistatic agent with excellent compound type stability. By adding a few percent to plastic and rubber such as polyurethane and EPDM, the surface resistance value can be reduced to 10 -level levels of 10.
■ Main characteristics
・ The antistatic effect lasts and has good stability over time.
・ Can be expected to have an antistatic effect by adding a small amount
・ Because of the compound type, it is difficult to cause bleeding out without stickiness.
・ The workability is good when kneading, and it can be used for various purposes.
・ It is difficult to affect the color tone of the material
■ Processing examples and results
・ Used base material: EPDM
・ Processing condition: 2 to 5%of TG-3000 is added to EPDM and melted with a bumbal mixer. Thereafter, the following values were obtained as a result of molding into a sheet and measuring the surface resistance value.
