About This Product
■ Overview
・ The signal generator of the SIGLENT SSG3000X series has a frequency range of 9kHz to 2.1GHz/3.2GHz. Provides normal analog modulation such as AM, FM, PM.
・ IQ modulation signal can be generated by using it with a base band generator such as SDG6000X. The SSG3000X series, which has high -precision and pure output, is ideal for research and development, education and manufacturing.

・ Up to 2.1GHz/3.2GHz frequency
・ 0.01 Hz frequency setting decomposition ability
・ Level output is -110dbm ~+13dbm
・ Maximum level+ 20dbm (TYP)
・ Phase noise: -110dbc/Hz@1GHz, 20kHz offset (standard)
・ Level accuracy ≤0.7db (standard)
・ AM, FM, and PM analog modulation are provided inside, external or int + EXT source
・ Pulse modulation, on/off ratio 70dbc
・ Pulse column generator (optional)
・ External IQ modulation using SDG6000X as a base band IQ signal
・ USB power meter measurement
・ 5 -inch TFT capacitance touch screen, mouse and keyboard
・ Web browserimote control on PC and mobile terminal
・ Standard interfaces include USB hosts, USB devices (USB TMC), LAN (VXI-11, socket, Telnet).
・ Optional interface: GPIB
