About This Product
■ Characteristics
-The distribution of (electric) magnetic fields generated from PCB and IC parts is scanned by scanning the nearby (electric) magnetic field probe to measure high resolution.
・ Even if PCB and IC parts have complicated irregularities, high sensitivity measurement is possible because the nearby (electric) magnetic field antenna traces at a close distance.
-The dedicated analysis software allows you to analyze the noise generation status, etc. by 2D and 3D display in detail.
・ IEC 61967-3 compliance with surface scanning method
・ Measurement frequency range 10MHz --3GHz
・ 30db / 50OHM when using preamplifier
・ Various near -field microplabs
