About This Product
Helios dehydrates are not the conventional dehydration method (vacuum type, pressurized, centrifugal). It is a unique technology created by deep considerations about solid liquid separation and filter solution. We do not use any kind of rug cloth, and we do not use large energy, such as centrifugation.

1. Continuous autonomous driving
No spare operation or adjustment at the start of operation is required. If necessary, 24hr/d unmanned driving is OK.
2. fundamental energy -saving mechanism
Unlike other methods, the mechanisms that move the particle contact without difficulty, so the energy required for dehydration is very small.
3. A comfortable working environment is established. (No secondary pollution occurs)
In the closed BOX, there is no vibration, noise, odor, and liquid scattering because it is separated by a very low speed rotation movement (1RPM or less).
4. Stable dehydration capacity
There is no decrease in ability due to the adoption of the body that does not clog.
5. There are few consumables and no maintenance is required
There are not many consumables because they are not used. In addition, it is economical with almost no friction of one piece because of the extreme low speed rotation.
