■ Characteristics
・ Since all optical systems are built on the stone set board, it is designed to be strong in vibration.
・ Polariza Analyzer uses a good glantom tempurism, and the phase plate is widely banded.
・ Since the rotating phase phase method is adopted in the measurement method, the area of Δ, which is difficult to measure with the conventional RA method, can be measured at high speed and high accuracy without putting in and out of the phase plate.
・ It can be equipped with 4 MAX semiconductor lasers, and each wavelength switching is automatically performed, so speedy and advanced measurements are possible.
・ The combination of our own hole motor + optical encoder is achieved by the combination of the rotating element (λ/4 board).
・ It is a phase difference measurement device developed based on the technology of our erypsometer.
・ Measure the phase difference (S wave / P wave gap) that occurs when transmitting or reflecting the sample.
