About This Product

FMU9X converter connection level measurement ultrasonic sensor (maximum measurement range 45 m) ■ Applications Ultrasonic sensor FDU95 is used for continuous level measurement of non -contact continuous level of powder from powdery to rough powdered grains. The measurement is less likely to be affected by the ratio rate, density or humidity, and is not affected by the self -cleaning function. It is ideal for dangerous places, and the maximum measurement range is 45 m (148 FT) for powdered grains. This sensor used for non -contact continuous level measurement of coarse powder grains in silo, belt, raw material silo, and crusher. Usually, it is used in a low -height measurement location. ・ Process connection Screw -in ・ Process temperature -40 ~ +80 ° C or +150 ° C (-40 ~ +176 ° F or +302 ° f) ・ Process pressure +70 ~ +150 KPA (+10 ~ +22 PSI) ・ Maximum measurement range In the case of powdered grains, 45 m (148 ft) ・ Truth distance 0.7 m/80 ° C (2.3 ft), 0.9 m/150 ° C (2.9 FT) ・ International explosion -proof certification ■ Advantages -The temperature measurement function built into the sensor achieves more accurate TIME-OF-FLIGHT (flight propagation time) measurement even in an environment with temperature changes. ・ Because of the sensor/converter separation structure, only the sensor can be installed in a harsh environment (up to 300 m to maximum distance) ・ Reduction of adhesive by self -cleaning function ・ Simplify the initial settings by the sensor recognition function of the FMU90/FMU95 converter ・ Weather resistance, waterproof (IP68) ・ Minimize maintenance by non -contact measurement ・ Explosion -proof certification for dust and gas
