In order to observe biological phenomena in biological models without disturbing them as much as possible, it is necessary to keep the label concentration low. This requires excellent imaging performance combined with low phototoxicity and high speed. The LSM980 is an ideal platform for confocal 4D imaging. It is optimized to simultaneously detect the spectra of multiple weak label signals with high efficiency and to minimize signal loss.

・A unique confocal experience.
A light-efficient beam path with simultaneous detection of up to 36 channels and spectral flexibility into the near-infrared (NIR) region provides an excellent foundation for multicolor experiments with biological samples. What's more, LSM Plus deftly enhances the quality of any experiment. A unique combination of spectral imaging with improved signal-to-noise ratio and resolution enables damage-free imaging with lower laser power in live cell experiments.
- Enables higher sensitivity imaging.
iryscan2 performs better than traditional LSM detectors. 32 detection elements collect detailed information individually, and at the same time all detection elements collect more light for super-resolution quantitative results. Adding structural information via joint deconvolution (jDCV) further increases resolution. Or get super-resolution information up to 10x faster in Multiplex mode.

Extensive software help tools ease your work and ensure reproducible results in the shortest possible time. AI Sample Finder allows you to quickly find and image regions of interest, giving you more time to focus on acquiring data.
