The FS40 can be set up quickly and accurately by simply running Auto-Tune after purchase. It also supports PoE, so you can supply power to the FS40 and connected accessories via the network. Avoid the cost of complex setups and power supplies.
It also supports power supply from a 24VDC power supply or USB-C port, so you can rest assured even if you don't have PoE infrastructure. The USB-C port also helps with seamless integration with devices like printers and tablets.
Another feature of the FS40 is its highly flexible input/output ports. Up to nine digital I/O ports can be individually controlled to expand application functionality and improve error tolerance.
■Comprehensive model that helps realize traceability
The FS40 makes part and package information traceable through automatic decoding. You can keep pace with fast-moving business activities and achieve traceability.
It also includes built-in network protocols such as Ethernet/IP and PROFINET with add-on profiles, making it easy to integrate into common PLCs and host systems. It also helps reduce implementation costs because it requires no time or effort to integrate into the network.
It also supports IoT, allowing you to send images from the FS40 to Zebra's subscription cloud service Zebra Savanna and other cloud services. Image data can be saved and accumulated without the need to purchase or manage a server.
■Highly durable and useful in any location
It has an IP65 and IP67 compliant aluminum housing that is resistant to chemicals and oil, making it extremely durable. It also has excellent shock and vibration resistance, so it can be used without any problems even in harsh environments.
