Flow rate is detected using a unique Hall element sensor that is “unparalleled anywhere else.” A CPU circuit is built into the measurement output section, and various software functions provide high-speed response, high resolution, and high reproducibility over a wide flow rate range. Flow rate learning mode provides stable and highly accurate pulse output or analog output. Combined with a return fuel treatment tank, one flow meter provides accurate net fuel flow measurement. As research and development of low-emission gas, fuel-efficient automobiles and industrial machinery becomes more active, we are developing precision fuel flowmeters that can be used in all measurement environments. High-speed tracking of fuel flow rate during transient mode tests, high-resolution measurement, the influence of fuel piping, and support for diversifying fuels such as gasoline, diesel oil, alcohol, and biofuels are also required. We also offer fuel flow meter systems such as ultra-micro flowmeters (0.005~200cc/min, 50MPa) to meet your needs such as gasoline direct injection (GDI) flow measurement. ■P213 series micro/small flow meter The P213 series flow rate detector consists of an explosion-proof flow rate detection section and a measurement output section equipped with a CPU board. Standard/explosion-proof/high-temperature types are available, and it is possible to measure flow rates over a wide range of flow rates with low pressure loss, from minute flow rates of 0.5 cc/min to 1,800 cc/min with high accuracy and repeatability. The rotational speed of the crankshaft connected to four precision metering pistons is detected by a unique Hall element sensor, and CPU software calculation processing provides high resolution (0.001mL), fast response, and highly stable calibrated single-phase pulse output. , A, B phase difference pulse (backflow correction possible) or analog output. We offer a fuel flow meter system that combines a flow detector and a pressure drop-free fuel filter.
