■Easy real-time measurement of ppb level trace gases
The Sensor Gas Chromatograph (SGC) is a gas chromatograph that achieves high-speed separation and high-sensitivity measurement by combining an original small column and a semiconductor gas sensor. Low concentration gas analysis can be performed more easily.
・Real-time measurement is possible from the lower limit of 5ppb with a small sample of 1 to 5cc.
・No need for gas cylinders as natural air can be used as carrier gas
・Portable size that can be placed on a tabletop

The trace gas measurement method for this product is standardized in JIS K 0315:2022.
