■Basic principle
The generated pressure is defined by the quotient of the vertical downward force and the effective cross-sectional area. As mentioned above, the main components of the weight type pressure balance CPB5000 are a precision-manufactured piston-cylinder system that operates in the direction of overload, allowing each measurement point to be measured. The load is proportional to the target pressure and can be obtained using an optimally graduated weight. As standard, these weights are manufactured with standard gravity (9.80655m/s^2), but can also be adapted to customer-specific installation locations as well as DKD/DAkkS calibrations.
