Mensor pressure controllers such as the CPC8000 have been part of the WIKA product range since 2006.
■Applications
The CPC8000 high-end Mensor pressure controller always provides a suitable calibration solution due to its accuracy class (see specifications). Its excellent control performance has earned it a good reputation as a patented technology and a specific pressure sensor as a measuring unit. This makes the Mensor pressure controller suitable as a factory or working standard for the testing or calibration of any type of pressure measuring instrument.
■Design
The CPC8000 is available as a desktop instrument or a 19" rackmount unit. Sensors can be changed via the front without taking out the complete controller (e.g. outside the calibration rig).
■Function
The Mensor pressure controller's ease of use is achieved through its large touch screen and easy, intuitive menu navigation. Moreover, its usability is further supported by the availability of numerous menu languages. The large touch screen allows you to display all the necessary information such as current measurements and settings on one screen. Optionally, measurements can also be displayed in different pressure units.
Mensor pressure controllers can be remotely controlled via the available serial interface. Through these an extensive emulation command set for other pressure controllers is available.
■Complete testing and calibration system
Complete mobile or fixed test systems can be manufactured upon request. It has IEEE-488.2, RS-232, USB, and Ethernet interfaces for communicating with other equipment and can be integrated with existing systems.
