■Product description
The switch gauge model PGS21 consists of a Bourdon tube pressure gauge and a pressure switch. This allows for contact outputs in addition to the usual analog instructions that can be read in the field regardless of power supply.
One or two fixed switch points are factory set to customer requirements between 10 and 90% of the scale range and are indicated by red marked pointers on the dial. Depending on the position of the pointer on the pressure gauge, the circuit opens or closes. This switch gauge can be actively used for process control and level monitoring of gas cylinders and hydraulic circuits.
switchGAUGE has a scale range from 0...2.5bar to 0...400bar, accuracy class 2.5, and a 1m round cable for electrical connection as standard specifications. A variety of options (other scale ranges, high precision types, non-standard cable lengths, plug connections, etc.) allows us to tailor pressure gauges to suit your various requirements.
This equipment is designed according to EN 837-1 and meets all requirements. Furthermore, the protection rating has been improved to IP65, so liquid filling for vibration resistance is available as an option.
