About This Product
■Product description
This pressure switch is suitable for applications where safety is important within a limited area. High quality and ISO 9001 compliant manufacturing ensure reliable monitoring in your plant. Every step of the manufacturing process is traced using quality verification software and is 100% tested. Wetted parts are made of stainless steel as standard.
The switch enclosure is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. Changing the set point is simply done by opening the cover plate. Access can also be optionally sealed. The cover is locked with a screw to ensure that only authorized personnel can access the terminal box for electrical connections.
This pressure switch uses a micro switch and can directly switch power up to AC250V 15A. Gold plated contacts, argon gas filled microswitches are optionally available for low contact power ratings such as those used in PLCs. Double pole double throw (DPDT) can be selected for two independent circuits.
The use of a strong spring diaphragm at the measuring point ensures that the model PCA pressure switch is extremely robust and guarantees optimal operation. 3 … For measurements in the medium-high pressure range starting from 25 bar, the piston or the diaphragm in the measuring section is changed. The piston metering section is designed for the specific requirements of the liquid.
