■ Overview / features [ADC_3110/3111] 8 channel 16bit ADC 250MPS ADC_3110/3111 is a Vita 57.1 (2008 standard) 8 channel 16 -bit ADC module. Eight single -end 50 ohm analog inputs are supplied via the SSMC high -frequency connector. AC coupling (ADC_3110) and DC coupling (ADC_3111) are available. The clock tree is implemented with a clock controller LMK04906 that can be programmed by a carrier board. The reference clock source can be selected from the SSMC input or the onboard ultra low phase noise XCO / VCXO. ADC_3110/3111 is for the following applications: ・ Test measurement device ・ Radar/sonar ・ Science/physical experiment ■ Specifications 1. 8 Channel 16 -bit/250msps ADC 2.
