Built -in built -in / floating doubling circuit PLL clock generator ■ Characteristics The XC25BS7 series is a PLL clock generator built -in ultra -small package that operates with low current consumption, from low frequency to high frequency. A built -in minute circuit and PLL circuit for multiple times are incorporated. The input peripheral ratio (m) can be selected by trimming within 1 to 256 minutes, and the output peripheral ratio (n) is within the range of 1 to 256 minutes. The output frequency (FQ0) is FQ0 = fclkin x n/m for the reference clock frequency (FCLKIN). The output frequency range is 1MHz to 100MHz. The reference clock can enter the frequency of 32kHz to 36MHz. It is possible to stop all operations by entering the L -level signal in the CE terminal and reduce current consumption. At this time, the output will be in a high impedance state. In addition, since this product is semi -custom compatible, please contact our sales department if you can respond to the desired product specifications (input / output frequency, power supply voltage, etc.). Please note that it may not be possible to set up the frequency range that you received due to the restriction of this product specifications.
