Fixed voltage output type raising charge pump ■ Characteristics The XC9801 series is a charge pump voltage dabra that can generate a high -efficiency positive voltage by external two capacitors, and has a stabilization function to output a fixed voltage. It is IC. The output voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 2.5V to 6.0V inside. The output voltage is stabilized by controlling the output impedance of the charge pump operation, so the ripple is small. Along with ultra-small MSOP-8A, USP-8, USP-8B05 package, low-current and high-efficiency new output stabilization technology achieves the best pressure converter for battery-driven applications.
