Watch dog, voltage detector with manual reset function ■ Characteristics The XC6101 series is a voltage detector with a CMOS process that realizes high accuracy and low -current consumption, and a manual reset function. The interior consists of a reference voltage source, delayed circuit, comparator, and output driver circuit. Due to the built -in delay circuit, output a signal with a delay time without external parts. In addition, the reset signal is output at any timing with a manual reset function. There are two types of output types: VDFL (L level at the time of detection) and VDFH (H level at the time of detection). If you do not use the watchdog function, you can use the watchdog terminal openly. At that time, the internal counter is cleared before the watch dog timeout time. Also, since the manual reset terminal is pulled up to VIN inside, it can be used openly even if it is not used. The detected voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 1.6V to 5.0V by laser trimming. Watch dog timeout time can be selected from 6.25msec to 1.6s. You can select 7 types from 3.13 ms to 1.6s for unlocking time.
