Sense terminal separation capacitor delay type voltage detector
■ Characteristics
The XA6118 series is a voltage detector that uses CMOS processes and laser trimming technology to achieve high accuracy and low current consumption. The sense terminal and the power input terminal are separated, and it is possible to monitor the voltage of another power supply. By separating the sense terminal and the power input terminal, the output can be retained in the detection state even if the voltage of the monitoring power supply is reduced to 0V.
In addition, a built -in delay circuit is built -in, and it is possible to have an arbitrary delay by connecting a capacitor to the delay capacity terminal. There are two types of output forms: CMOS output and NCH Open Drain Output.
