External condenser delay type voltage detector
■ Characteristics
The XC6119 series is a voltage detector that uses CMOS processes and laser trimming technology to achieve high accuracy and low current consumption. It has a built -in delay circuit and can set an arbitrary lifelong delay by attaching a capacitor to the delay capacity terminal. Ultra-small package (USPN-4) is adopted and suitable for high-density implementation.
There are two types of output circuits: CMOS output and NCH Open Drain Output.
