Model Description
Normal voltage voltage detector (VDF = 1.6V ~ 6.0V) ■ Characteristics The XE61C series uses CMOS processes and laser trimming technology to achieve high accuracy and low current consumption. The detected voltage is highly accurate and the temperature drift is smaller. There are two types of output circuits: NCH Open Drain and CMOS. The XE61C series guarantees the total temperature range (TA = -40 ~+85 ° C).
