Model Description
CV charging compatible battery voltage monitoring IC (cancellation voltage 2.475V, hysteresis 0.275 ~ 0.875V, ultra -low voltage detector) ■ Characteristics The XC6140 series is a battery voltage monitoring IC that is optimal for secondary batteries compatible with CV charging and electric double -layer capacitors. By setting the cancellation voltage to 2.475V and setting the hysteresis width large, it is possible to continue output the cancellation signal even if the internal impedance is high in secondary batteries with a plumbing current. When the battery voltage decreases, the output signal is detected to stop the latter stage and wait until the secondary battery is charged. In addition, since Hysteriesis width (0.275V ~ 0.875V) can be selected, the internal impedance of the secondary battery and the hysteresis width according to the overliver voltage can be selected. The PKG has SSOT-24 in addition to the ultra-small low-back USPQ-4B05, contributing to miniaturization and high-density implementation with portable equipment. Even if the input voltage is less than the minimum operating voltage, an indefinite operation prevention function that minimizes the rise of the output voltage prevents the system of malfunction.
