Model Description
Ultra -low consumption (88NA) voltage detector ■ Characteristics The XC6136 series is an ultra -low -consumption, high -precision voltage detector. High accuracy and ultra -low current consumption are realized by adopting CMOS processes, high -precision reference power supply, and laser trimming technology. There are two types of output forms: CMOS output and NCH Open Dream Output, which can be selected from H -level output and L -level output when detected. The PKG has three types, SSOT-24 and SOT-25, in addition to the ultra-small low-back USPQ-4B05, allowing small-sized and high-density implementation with mobile devices. In addition, a UVLO circuit is installed to minimize the floating (indefinite operation) of the resetb terminal with the VIN voltage less than the minimum operating voltage.
