Model Description
Ultra -small/high -precision single function voltage detector ■ Characteristics The XC6126 series is an ultra -small, high -precision single -function voltage detector IC. The adoption of CMOS processes, high -precision reference power supply, and laser trimming technology achieves high accuracy and low current consumption, including temperature drifts. There are two types of outputs: N-CH Open Dress and CMOS. There are two types of packages: ultra-small USPN-4B02 and SSOT-24, which allows small-size to be reduced in mobile equipment, high-density implementation, and replacement from conventional products.
